NCO Leadership Center of Excellence
Mission
The mission of the Office of the Commandant is to ensure the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence provides professional military education (PME) that develops enlisted leaders into holistically fit, disciplined, well-educated professionals capable of meeting the challenges of large-scale combat operations in a multi-domain environment.
Organization
The Office of the Commandant, also known as the Command Group, consists of three (3) authorized positions: the Commandant, the Deputy Commandant, and the Chief of Staff. It is supported directly by the Executive Staff (executive officer and 2 Support NCOs), and the Special Staff, consisting of the Quality Assurance Office (QAO), the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) and Victim Advocate (VA), the Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA), and the Paralegal NCO.
