Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7
Mission
The Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7 integrates, synchronizes, and directs operations continuously across TRADOC in support of the Commanding General’s priorities and objectives, to include: developing and recommending command priorities, coupled with managing enterprise accessions, training, leader development, and education operations and requirements through strategies, policies and plans, and operations.

Army Civilian Professional
- Familiarize yourself with the Map of Fort Eustis.
- Follow and complete the TRADOC Onboarding Checklist (Day 0-Day 7).
- Complete G-3/5/7 Inprocessing Forms and Applications (Must have a CAC).
- View the G-3/5/7 Organizational Structure.
- Attend TRADOC Staff Officer Orientation Brief (SOOB).
- Attend G-3/5/7 Newcomer Brief (contact ADCS G-3/5/7 Executive Assistant at (757) 501-5843 for next scheduled brief).
- Attend G-3/5/7 Staff Procedures Training (included in brief above)
- View the HQ TRADOC Workplace Flexibilities Memo (Telework & Alternate Work Schedules).
- Read the Army Directive and TRADOC Supplement to 2021-03 Army Civilian Fitness and Health Promotion Program and Agreement.
- Read TRADOC’s Army Civilian Fitness and Health Promotion Program Agreement.
- Visit the TRADOC HQ Fitness Center during your leisure time.
- Read the Training Holiday Memo (Must have a CAC).
- Memorize Building 950 Emergency Procedures (Must have a CAC).
- Read and familiarize yourself with TRADOC Regulation 1-11, TRADOC Regulation 10-5 and TRADOC Regulation 10-5-1.
